(June 13, 2016, Shanghai) On June 3, 2015, Hilong Group and Sinopec Offshore Oilfield Services Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shanghai, marking a major step in bilateral cooperation.
According to the agreement, both sides will collaborate in such fields as offshore engineering and design, oilfield equipment, oilfield services, and pipeline construction equipment and services, while working together to promote scientific research collaboration in offshore new equipment, offshore new technology, new materials, and new techniques as well as oilfield engineering service technology. The term of the agreement is tentatively scheduled for five years. Both sides intend to establish cooperation through high-level liaison mechanisms, sharing of international market information, researching and confirming bilateral cooperation plans, and coordinating and promoting major matters of cooperation.
