(September 22nd, 2020, Shanghai) On September 20th, Mr. Gao Yiyi, Deputy Secretary of Baoshan District Committee and Acting District Mayor of Shanghai, visited Hilong to study the company’s current state of affairs.
Mr. Wang Tao, the Group CEO of Hilong, accompanied Mr. Gao and his entourage as they visited the exhibition hall of Hilong Group and detailed Hilong’s development history. He also enumerated on Hilong’s five major industries, i.e. Oilfield Equipment, Oil Services, Line Pipe Technology and Services, Offshore Engineering, and New Materials, as well as technological innovation development status and achievements.
Mr. Gao affirmed Hilong's leading role as the first private enterprise in Baoshan District. He said that, as a private enterprise group involved in many industries in Baoshan District that attributes great importance to technology research and development, Hilong must constantly integrate industrial resources, leverage high-end technology R&D as its core advantage, and enter the Science and Technology Innovation Board, while being a representative of high-end equipment manufacturing in Shanghai and Baoshan District.
Mr. Gao also said that as a window of internationalization in Shanghai, Baoshan District Government will strive to provide good services to enterprises and help boost Hilong's future development.
Mr. Wang Tao expressed his gratitude to Baoshan District Government and leaders for their concern and constant support. He said that, Hilong will further enhance its technological R&D results and continue to strengthen R&D investments to develop Hilong into a high-end innovative enterprise, while making greater contributions to the economic development, employment, and taxation in Baoshan District.
Mr. Gao Zhihai, the Group's Party Committee Secretary and Vice President, Chief Engineer Xu Changxue, and several others were present during the visit.
