On July 24th, Hilong Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. (Hilong Offshore Engineering) and Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd of Singapore (“SOC”) established a joint venture company—Ocentra Offshore Pte. Ltd. The signing ceremony was held in Swiber Group’s headquarter in Singapore. Wang Tao, CEO of Hilong Group, Dai Daliang, Executive President, Xiao Long, Vice President of Hilong Group, and Geng Tao, General Manager of Hilong Offshore Engineering, attended the signing ceremony.

Ocentra will be principally engaged in market development, technical and project management to provide services related to offshore oil and gas development and infrastructure construction. The business scope shall mainly consists of providing integrated engineering services for subsea pipelines, offshore transportation and installation of jacket platform and topsides, installation and repair of subsea facilities, vessel management and charter etc.
