(November 18, 2022, Shanghai) Recently, Hilong Petroleum Pipe Company LLC (Hilong PPC), a subsidiary of Hilong Group, signed a drill pipe and coating service contract with a total value of about 20 million US dollars. The contract was signed with National Drilling & Services Company LLC, Arabian Drilling Company, Robt. Stone (ME) LLC, Arabian Pipeline Supply FZCO and Maharashtra Seamless Limited. At the same time, Hilong PPC also signed for the first time a drill pipe supply contract, worth around 4.9 million U.S. dollars, with Eavor GmbH, a German geothermal company engaged in geothermal drilling in the EU.
According to the contract, Hilong will provide National Drilling & Services Company LLC a new drill string from the top drive protection connector to the short connector for the company’s new well drilling. Hilong will also provide fusion bonded epoxy coating for irregular rod fittings, pipeline fusion bonded epoxy coating and drill rod inner coating services for Robt. Stone (ME) LLC, Arabian Pipeline Supply FZCO and Maharashtra Seamless Limited. Hilong PPC signed a replacement order with Arabian Drilling Company to replace the drill rods and drill collars that Hilong used to supply. Meanwhile, it will provide V150 high-strength drill rods to German geothermal company Eavor GmbH for the first time.
